Fences and iron gates are recommended for application with enamel types. For surfaces to be treated, a rust inhibiting primer may be necessary. An epoxy paint can provide easiness for the process and durability.

A suitable day should be chosen when doing the job. A perfect day for painting the fence would be during sunny weather. Surely, people would really avoid the task when the day is humid. Calm winds or ample cloud cover may be preferred. Breezes are also not preferred because the debris may possibly stick on the paint.

Decide on how the fence will be stained. Fences may be classified as either long, short, or wrought iron. For long fences, industrial sprays are recommended so that the job can be done quickly.
